At Kingdom Drip, each candle is carefully hand-poured and prepared with intention. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and order handling.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Kingdom Drip is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kingdom Drip is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.


Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your candles. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kingdomdrip.comΒ with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.


Warm Weather Disclaimer

Candles are sensitive to heat.

During warmer months:

  • Wax may soften or sweat during transit
  • This does not affect the performance or quality of the candle

Kingdom Drip is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure during shipping.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods
