At Kingdom Drip, each candle is carefully hand-poured and crafted for a premium experience. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unburned
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
Because candles are a personal use item, used or burned candles cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will make it right.
Please email us at support@kingdomdrip.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Scent Preference Disclaimer
We understand that scent is subjective.
If you don’t love the fragrance, please contact us, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Exchange for another scent (case-by-case)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used or burned candles
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Authorization Required (RMA)
Kingdom Drip is not responsible for returns sent without authorization and such items may not be returned to sender.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
👉 Returns sent without prior approval and a valid RMA number will NOT be accepted or processed.
To start a return, please email us at support@kingdomdrip.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide:
- Your RMA number
- Return instructions
- Return shipping address (if approved)
Important Return Guidelines
- Items must be shipped back only after approval
- The RMA number must be clearly included with your return
- Unauthorized returns will be refused or discarded
